I noticed this within functions when selecting a runtime for creating a .NET project. I had previously selected .NET 6.0 Isolated LTS but when I went to choose the recently used runtime it showed .NET 6.0 LTS.
Seems like the recently used tag is only chosen based on the name and doesn't account for if the description is different.
