Add ability to set an alias #228

Hey there,

I really like this extension, would love the ability to set an alias to the virtual machine so I can quickly find the one I need. In some cases where the Azure account is not actually owned by you it's not possible to use a friendlier name for the virtual machines and they are hard to memorize.
