Add commands to focus view and prep for release #379

Unfortunately, the create commands attached to resource type grouping items doesn't work with any of the v1.5 client extensions. So I'm having to hide those commands from the group items in the favorites view.

This should be an easy to fix thing, but I want to wait til after build.
