Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Ctrl+Alt+i to enable chat
  2. Type any prompts, such as 'hi'

Your companies Zscaler proxy is not properly allowing the network requests in for Copilot Chat to operate https://github.blog/changelog/2024-11-04-copilot-subscription-based-network-routing-is-now-enforced/
