Copilot status menu item should be "Open GitHub Copilot Chat"

Unclear from the status menu item what the command will do. Also doesn't match "Open Completions Panel". "GitHub" prefix before "Copilot" seems unnecessary

Suggest changing "GitHub Copilot Chat" to "Open Copilot Chat"

@edokoa or @adrianmg do you know if we are allowed to remove the GitHub prefix from the menu ?

if we cant from a branding perspective, then we can close the issue right away.

Even if it needs to be "GitHub Copilot", I think there should be a verb for this action as most of the items have verbs ("Open", "Edit", "Show", "View"). Suggest "Open GitHub Copilot Chat" Updated issue title
