Connecting to MongoDB from VS Code #1676

Does this occur consistently? Repro steps:

Action: cosmosDB.attachDatabaseAccount Error type: MongoError Error Message: no mongos proxy available

Version: 0.14.0 OS: win32 OS Release: 10.0.17134 Product: Visual Studio Code Product Version: 1.48.2 Language: en

After installing Azure Databases extension and logging in into Azure, when provided a connection string for MongoDB currently installed and running in AWS, got an error: no mongos proxy available. Connection string contains reference to the certificate .pem file and copied from the Studio 3T connection string (Studio3T app works just fine)
