SQL scrapbooks issue #2282

Hello, from what I understand SQL scrapbooks are implemented as in https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-cosmosdb/issues/1063 but it appears to be a very limited use though. I don't seem to be able to execute more than a single statement per .nosql flie. See attached please. Is it intentional? or am I missing something here.. Thanks Pavel

Also.. block comments /**/ don't appear to work.. but working in browser based Azure editor
