MDN Tooltip Link goes to non-existent local file instead of documentation #19

Issue Type: Bug

  1. Open a new folder and create a HTML file.
  2. Add the code. <img src='#' draggable="false" />
  3. Hover over draggable and click on the "Drag and Drop API" text in the tooltip.
  4. Error!
