Node.js 16-bullseye is broken with "unable to find user node" #1597

On the latest Insiders:

  1. with a workspace open, "Reopen in Container"
  2. Select "Node.js" and the defaault "16-bullseye" image
  3. The container fails to create

Actually, I think this is because I changed container images -- but didn't see a "rebuild" prompt.
