Local OS Version: Windows 11 22H2
Local chip architecture: x64
Reproduces in: Remote - Containers
Name of Dev Container Definition with Issue: Haskell
Docker version output:

Steps to Reproduce:

Press F1: Add Dev Container configuration file > Haskell (Community)
Press F1: Reopen in Container remoteContainers-2022-10-28T10-33-48.150Z.log

You can close this issue. There is a bug in Dev Container extension
