Need support for `nerdctl` #3411

I am aware of https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-docker/issues/3263

Just want to add nerdctl to the game, so it's not left out at testing phase.

I'll put this in the Future milestone alongside #3241. We'll keep nerdctl in mind.
