Fixed typos on release notes from v0_7_0 to v1_89 #7437

Hello,

I fixed a few typos in the release notes. If needed, I can break this PR into smaller ones to avoid any possible conflicts.

Please let me know if smaller PRs are preferred!

Quick questions:

  1. Does this PR require an issue?
    I see some typo branches that have issues, while others do not. I'm happy to create one if needed.

  2. Commit squashing preference:
    I understand that commit squashing is mentioned in the contribution guidelines. Should I squash the commits even if there are only two (the initial one and the merge with main)?
