I want to be able to Unload projects in the Solution Explorer, in order to exempt them from builds.
Heres an open old issue that you havent responded to https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-dotnettools/issues/431
Open your solution with N projects. Right click on any project. "Unload project" is missing
"Unload project" is present, clicking it will unload the project and exempt it from being built when I hit Ctrl Shift B
All projects in the solution are built, even though I was only working with one of them that had no dependencies.

Steps to Reproduce
Open your solution with N projects. Right click on any project. "Unload project" is missing
Expected Behavior
"Unload project" is present, clicking it will unload the project and exempt it from being built when I hit Ctrl Shift B
