Cannot activate Enterprise Subscription #878

Reproduce: Sign out and forget on microsoft website. Sign in through VSCode and see individual license.

Visual Studio behaviour: Sign out from Visual Studio Enterprise licensed to xxx@xxx.com Sign in to Visual Studio with xxx@xxx.com, go to about, there will be Visual Studio Enterprise licensed to xxx@xxx.com

Thanks @asukachev you shouldn't receive any degraded capabilities FYI, but thank you for reporting this. I think we may have a string/labeling bug. Similar to #809 @AndreyTretyak

If these are monthly subscriptions it seems C# dev kit is not included in the entitlements https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/subscriptions/#tools?cat=visual-studio-enterprise-monthly-subscription (via https://aka.ms/vs/eligible-entitlements)

That must be an oversight on the licensing side right?

@asukachev could you please share content of your C# Dev Kit and C# Dev Kit - Telemetry channels in Output pane (ctrl+shift+u) after signing in. Please keep in mind that it could contain your email or name so remove it before sharing.
