Rollback some telemetry packages due to https://github.com/microsoft/ApplicationInsights-JS/issues/2311 and https://github.com/microsoft/ApplicationInsights-JS/issues/2306 and https://github.com/microsoft/ApplicationInsights-JS/issues/2307
