Add a device selection step #135

When create a new project (from template), the first step is select a device, currently it's 'IoT DevKit (AZ3166)'

When try to create a new project or open an example, the "Select a board" dropdown list displays, and currently, there is only one board "IoT Devkit"

This issue is fix work now. step: 1.Open VS Code and press F1 to open command palette, select IoT Workbench: Examples. 2.select a board image
