Sometime not getting any message to restart VSCode after removing JShint Extension. #31

I observed with VSCode 1.1.0-alpha build on windows10 machine after uninstalling the JShint extension I am not getting pop-up to restart app. And if I tried to reinstall without restart getting below error message.
