CORS issues when using vscode.dev

Easy way to test:

• Setup codespaces
• Create venv
• Install jupyterhub and lab python -m pip install jupyterhub jupyterlab jinja -U
• Setup rest as per wiki https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-jupyter-hub/wiki/Install-and-launch-Jupyter-Hub
• Start Jupyterhub
• Forward port 8000

Note: (msft engineering internal) sometimes one might need to enable VPN like (Don) to get things working
