Extension is stopping Py env

Everytime I run python - jupyter related projects it disables the same extensions, even when bisect finds the problematic extension the issue keeps reappearing.

Let me know if you are still seeing this issue on the latest VS Code and Jupyter extension. We have made improvements to the extensions on this.
