Red "Error" under-squiggle persists after restart even when error is rectified

Type: Bug

Suppose my .ipynb has 2 cells: k = 0 1 / k

runAll gives "line 1ZeroDivisionError: division by zero"

Now I flip the 0 to a 1 and restart + runAll

This red under-squiggle should now disappear, but it DOESN'T. I can still hover over it and see the prior error as a popup.
