So usually we prefer 1 issue per problem, but in any case:

• Already fixed (they are new strings which is why it took a little bit of time):
  • "Move into New Window"
  • "Copy into New Window"
  • "Selected Extensions"
• Shouldn't be fixed:
  • The theme names that aren't translated are names that are not supposed to be translated
• Won't fix:
  • We don't translate our release notes at this time https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/63469

I think that is everything you called out but if there is more that you find, please don't hesitate to reach out.
