[Loc] Line "Build log" in the “Makefile Tools Project Outline” page is not localized #597

More info: This issue is reproduced in other language environments as well

Repro steps:

  1. Open VScode and open the “Makefile Tools Project Outline” page
  2. Check that all lines on this page have been localized

Expected result: All lines are localized

Actual result: ”Build Log” line is not localized image

Additions: The "launch target" line and “Makefile(not found)” line are also not localized image
