Unable to execute the command while the extension is initializing #114

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. After I run command "PostgreSQL: New Query" I get the following error: PostgreSQL: Unable to execute the command while the extension is initializing. Please try again later.

Same issue. PostgreSQL Extension v.0.3.0 VSCode Version: 1.64.2 Mac OS 13.4.1 (22F82)
