Bug: "Updating IntelliSense..." forever #95

PGSQL Extension Version: 0.3.0
VSCode Version: March 2021 (version 1.55)
OS Version: Windows 10 x64 (10.0.18363 Build 18363)

Steps to Reproduce:

Install the extension
Connect to a server
Open a .sql file

Screenshot

The extension is updating IntelliSense for an infinitely long time as it seems. I can't use the extension for anything while it is busy doing that.
