Issue created in a Project end up in an unrelated reposititory #6192

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a new Project
  2. Create a new Team
  3. Create a new internal Repo
  4. connect the repo to the project
  5. Create an issue in the project and assign it to backlog and user image image image
