Success/Fail Test Checkmark Reference wrong after Command-Z is used. #23385

  1. Add a python test
  2. run tests
  3. See Checkmark
  4. Delete code
  5. Run tests
  6. put code back with cmd-z (undo command)
  7. Notce green/red checkmark test reference is wrong

@connor4312 do you have an idea on this? Not sure if core handles the Control+Z flow

Decorations are tracked using the default editor logic which is best-effort. It's expected though that extensions update the location and presence of their tests eventually which will reset the decoration positions based on what the extension tells us. I would expect the Python extension would do that after modifications to the file.
