Hm, we are failing to talk to the VS Code Server on your remote. If you run the command "Uninstall VS Code Server" and try again, does it work?
Or if you check the port and try running wget --no-proxy -O - http://127.0.0.1:PORT/delay-shutdown do you see anything interesting?
