used tag 1-7.0 which pointing to the latest sha for dotnet 7.0

Hi @samruddhikhandale , things to try section is tested successfully and attached is the snapshot to validate the test scenario is working as expected after the bump in basic image version:

@joaomoreno The approvals and approver permissions should let the Community PR Approvals pass. Not sure what is missing, is there a way to look at the check's logs?
