URL support to open a container #28

Opening based on our discussion. If this looks good to folks, I'll merge this and add it to the other vscode-remote-try-* repos.

A new version of vscode.dev was published, and the stable link (https://vscode.dev/redirect?url=vscode://ms-vscode-remote.remote-containers/cloneInVolume?url=https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-remote-try-java) now works, so updated this PR and think we can open PRs & merge changes in the other repos too.
