To customize the background color #112

Hello. Now the Serial Monitor follows the VSCode theme. I prefer bright theme, but lots of terminal apps give message with bright-colored font. I had to change the theme into a dark one. Well, you'd better to consider a background color option, then some people using bright theme can change the option only. Thanks!
