Allow browsing of links printed on the serial monitor #201

Type: Feature Request

Feature Description: When a link appears in the serial monitor, it would be interesting to click on it to navigate to its web address. To access it, you could follow the example of the vscode terminal: Ctrl + Left Mouse Click (Hold down the Ctrl key and click with the left mouse button).
