Fixes following issues:

Open the yo generated project in vscode workspace.
Fix the problem of yo process not terminating after generation. This is also causing the VSCode yo generator menu to hang.
Upgrade bug fixed in previous PR.
ImageBuilder cleanup in generator PRs.
