Could not install VS Code server on my instance #2307

Expected Behavior

Connect to my singularity instance in VSCode.

Actual Behavior

Couldn't connect to my singularity instance in VSCode. Also, there is no ssh connection link to use in Debug and monitor panel.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

Create a singularity instance.
Click VSCode in Debug and monitor panel.
Get error message from VSCode:

Is your Azure ML workspace secured with private link?
Could you please send us a sample yaml of your Azure ML experiment? Or some repro steps on how you are submitting the job?
