Cannot use any compute instances with VS Code (Desktop or Web) #2334
I am able to connect to a VS Code instance on my desktop or cloud.
Actual Behavior
I have tried creating a Compute instance of a small size, large size, in a project, outside of a project, and nothing works. All of them (tried 5) fail.
I always get one of these two errors when trying to connect (and the Launch button is disabled)...
Environment setup error: Environment for this compute is not in a healthy state (container-not-found).

If I click around real fast in that UI, I can get the Launch button to show up, and click it real fast. If I am trying to do the desktop, I get...

The compute instance environment "generative-ai-app-be50299b-53dd-460d-800f-5180d17a4a15" is not running.
