[Suggestion] Add a Shutdown command for the Tye application in command palette #151

OS: All Build Version: 20210908.2 Regression: Not a regression

Repro Steps:

  1. F1 -> Check the commands for Tye extension in command palette.
  2. Check whether there is a Shutdown command for the Tye application in command palette. image

Actual: There is no Shutdown command for the Tye application in command palette.

Suggestion: Add a Shutdown command for the Tye application in command palette.

If I may add to this suggestion, it would also be nice to have the attach commands available in the command palette. I've tried attaching shortcuts to trigger them but it doesn't seem to work.
