I guess this is due to the positioning of our hidden text area. We acknowledge the issue, but I will assign it to Backlog since there are no immediate plans to fix this.

In windows 10 > settings > Ease of Access > Text cursor
Turn on text cursor indicator.
The indicator displays incorrect.
