Issue Type: Bug
Cmd+shift+P -> preferences: color theme -> cycling through different themes with arrow buttons to pick one is showing this settings sync warning. Probably settings sync is eagerly uploading the highlighted theme value (from the dropdown) without it being selected (with enter).
