Appearently i got notification about Sync Settings disabled due of many requests

This is expected if there are too many sync requests from the client. To understand why there are too many sync requests, can you please provide us the settings sync log which is available here - F1 > Open View > Log (Settings Sync)

Seems this log does not has the info when this error happened. You can browse for the previous log files using the command Developer: Show Logs folder and please find the userDataSync.log that has above error.

Currently stopped getting such error after disabling sync UI State, so seems bug in that. If it occurs again, i'll re-open issue.
