Panel (left positioned) opens when you resize Side Bar #146133

Issue Type: Bug

Description

Panel (where the integrated terminal is) opens when positioned to the left side and you resize the sidebar.

Expected Behavior

Panel should not appear when resizing Side Bar

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Move Panel Left
  2. Hide Panel
  3. Resize Side Bar
