What exactly do you need?

Start by testing in latest VS Code insiders build with all extensions disabled

I'm using 1.67.2 With disabled extenstions, seems to work. But, how could I identify which one is the problematic?

Thanks for checking. You can extension bisect to help track this down. The most likely culprit would be any extension like vscode-styled-components that interacts with typescript
