Thanks for creating this issue! It looks like you may be using an old version of VS Code, the latest stable release is 1.68.1. Please try upgrading to the latest version and checking whether this issue remains.

Same issue with VSC 1.68.1

Does this reproduce in the latest VS Code insiders build with all extensions disabled?

Same issue there too it seems. Although I did not get not the error message in 4/5 hours of testing/using VSC insiders but the Typescript IntelliSense loads forever.

Closing as we need more info from the original poster. Most likely culprit is vscode-typescript-vue-plugin

I do not have vscode-typescript-vue-plugin installed and yet this is happening. What more do you need to investigate the issue?
