work with WSL

• OS Version: Ubuntu 14.04 (WSL)

any idea why vscode doesn't work in WSL with export DISPLAY to Windows host system+Xming server, unlike many other GUI linux applications

I imagine it's a common issue for electron and/or chromium apps, see https://github.com/Microsoft/vscode/issues/13138
