vscode.git extention does not execute Post Commit Command since July release

Steps to reproduce:
1. Specify to push after a successfull commit with "git.postCommitCommand": "push" in settings.json
2. Open a git repository
3. Go to Source Control pannel
4. Make changes to a file
5. Git add the changes through the UI
6. Write a message in the Source Control
7. Press cmd + enter
Expected result: Commit is created (successfully) AND pushed to remote with git push automatically (if successfull commmit)
Actual result: Commit is created (successfully) but git push is not executed
