definição errada na configuração de newline

na configuração de insert final newline, ao marcar a caixa, o comportamente é que NAO É inserido uma nova linha ao salvar o arquivo. ou seja, o comportamento é o inverso do que está declarado no checkbox, onde diz que ao marcar É INSERIDO uma nova linha no final do código
