VSCode 1.74.0 + when opening project in WSL2 - Typescript Intellisense does not work Additionally under Extensions > @Builtin > TypeScript and JavaScript Language Features the Runtime Status remains 'Not Activated'`

It seems like the issue depends on where vscode is launched from If I start vscode from host OS (Windows) and open a folder inside WSL, the intellisense works somewhat (it seems to be very limited, e.g. it cant make suggestions from functions/imports etc. that are inside node_modules, editor does not fade out unused variables ) and if I launch vscode from WSL command-line code <path/to/my/project>, intellisense does not work at all
