You should try repeating with all extensions disabled: Developer: Reload with Extensions Disabled and report whether the problem remains.

Thanks ArturtoDent. That did the trick however it's going to take more time than I have available to go through all of my extensions to find the culprit. If I find it, I'll post it here.
