Taking Time to Open VS Code

Type: Performance Issue

when i am opening vs code for use it is taking two much time, a pop up window is appered having 3 options as close,reopen,keep waiting , i have to click keep waiting every time to open vs code and to many processess are opened in my task manager i don't know why this is happening.1 month ago this happend then i unstalled vs code and again installed but the error was still disturbing me. Then I have to reset my pc for this purpose.Now this time i dont want to reset my pc. Please Help.
