"Enable (Workspace)" extension under WSL but it is disabled as enabled in WSL globally #183544

Type: Bug

  1. Open folder under WSL.
  2. Go to extension and for some extension chose Enable > Enable (Workspace).

Problem: extension is displayed as enabled in WSL globally

It must be displayed as enabled in this workspace, see for example how it looks when not using WSL
