ZSH terminal is not working.

I am getting error message :

The terminal process failed to launch: A native exception occurred during launch (posix_spawnp failed.)

I have installed security updated Mac os (13.4.1). Cannot open terminal with ZSH profile. VS Code version : 1.79.2 Os version : macOS Ventura 13.4.1
