Type: Performance Issue

In my laptop visual studio code laging and slow opening. my laptop is very fast with ryzen 5600h processor with 8GB RAM, 512SSD. Please solve this issue.

In my case 1.81.1 is slow to quit. There's a spinner appearing occasionally when closing the app. Issue did not occur with previous versions up to and including 1.81.0. Nothing out of the ordinary has changed in my setup, only the update to 1.81.1

Insider working fine.
